Job Description
The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets by engaging with current clients and acquiring new customers.Key duties include presenting promotional offers and products professionally, as well as following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.The role also involves analyzing market needs and identifying opportunities to expand the customer base, in addition to closing sales and negotiating terms.The Sales Executive must provide regular performance and sales reports to management while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.The position requires relevant academic qualifications, excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure.

Job Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, and networking
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales deals
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare regular sales reports for management
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends
- Internal Collaboration: Work with marketing and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction
- After-Sales Support: Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and offer additional products
- Achieving Targets: Meet individual sales goals and KPIs
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training to improve sales skills
