The Blasting & Painting Project Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of blasting and painting operations, aligning with project objectives, timelines, and quality standards.This role involves planning, coordination, supervision, and communication with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth progression of the project while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.

• Project Planning & Execution: Assist in developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies for blasting and painting activities
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, cost control, and quality standards
• Team Coordination & Supervision: Manage and coordinate the activities of blasting and painting teams, ensuring proper allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials
• Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to enhance performance and productivity
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and inspect blasting and painting processes to ensure compliance with client specifications, industry standards, and quality benchmarks
• Address quality concerns promptly and implement corrective actions where necessary
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and standards during all blasting and painting operations
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to mitigate potential hazards
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships
• Prepare and present project reports, including progress, challenges, and solutions
• Material & Equipment Management: Oversee the procurement, storage, and maintenance of materials and equipment required for blasting and painting activities
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources to avoid delays or wastage
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including work schedules, personnel performance, and material usage
• Generate and submit detailed project reports to management and clients as required

المؤهلات

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in blasting and painting projects
